The internal space of the Teepee allows up to 9 people to sleep inside, with a floor width up to 440cm. Other touring tents use one structural pole in the centre of the sleeping space. This new release from Malamoo uses poles on the outer, maximising the internal space – it’s a great idea. 

The Malamoo Teepee 9 Tent is designed from 190T polyester with important safety ratings of UPF50+ protection and a waterhead rating of 1500mm. The floor of the tent is a 120g polyethylene material, providing ample protection for your internal camping gear. With three windows around the tent and 3 vents at the peak of the tent, it provides plenty of ventilation options. Bear in mind, the tent itself is single skin, so in inclement weather, ventilation will be really important!

Perhaps the greatest feature of the Malamoo Teepee 9 Tent is its pack size and weight. It is only 7.5kg and 75cm in length! For such a large tent, you will find it quite tough to find a tent that packs down smaller with less weight. The setup is also quite simple, as displayed in the video below.
